21 years ago I was a young student of Helen’s, embarking on my career in the world of health and wellness. She supported, mentored and encouraged me throughout my entire course, which for me was incredibly hard as my Mum had just died, so I was not in a good place emotionally.  20 years later I am still going strong, now as a teacher living in south west France. Thank you Helen!
