FAQ About Our Courses

  • Who are they suitable for?

    Suitable for passionate ETM instructors;

    • no dance background necessary!
    • who want to attract new clients and retain existing
    • with a desire to provide a high standard of fitness aerobic and dance fitness classes
    • that teach freestyle and/or franchise classes – you can use the tools we teach to enhance all your classes

  • How long are they?

    Our courses are either one day or half day

  • What is the format of the day?

    The Timetable  (for a one day course)

    09:30 – 10:00 Registration
    10:00 – 12:00 Welcome and session 1 (1 hr 30 mins)
    12:00-12:15 Break (15 mins)
    12:15 – 13:30 Session 2 (1 hr 15 mins)
    13:30 – 14:15 Lunch (45 mins)
    14:15 – 15:30 Session 3 (1hr and 15 mins)
    15:30 – 16:00 Instructor clinic

    This may vary by course

  • Can non members attend the courses?

    Yes, you do not have to be a member to attend any of our course. You also don’t need to have attended any of our courses to become a member.

  • There is no course near me

    If you have a venue in your area that we can use, that holds a minimum of 20 people, we would be more than happy to look at running a course there.

  • What will I receive on the day?

    Apart from lots of invaluable knowledge, your will receive;

    Training Manual
    Course completion certificate
    Choreography and training notes
    A DYBO T-shirt  (one day course only)

  • Are the courses REPS credited?

    You can receive REPS points for attending fitness workshops and courses, but the courses themselves are not REPS credited

The DYBO Choreography Equation Course with Helen and Karen was absolutely fantastic and such an amazing and inspiring experience. I cannot recommend this course enough. Every ETM instructor should attend this course, whether they are employed by a fitness club or running their own community classes.
